Tasks & duties

Demonstrators may do some or all of the following:

  • plan how to demonstrate the goods or services
  • set up and display products at shops, supermarkets or in homes
  • explain the uses of the product and answer questions
  • give out vouchers for products
  • invite people to try out or taste the products
  • invite customers to purchase the products
  • keep a record of sales
  • stock shelves with the product
  • write a report on the demonstration for their employer
  • promote new lines of products and products on special.
