Entry Requirements
To become a foreign policy officer you need to have relevant experience in the public or private sectors, be a recent graduate, or be in the final year of postgraduate studies.

Pay
Pay for graduates begins at about $44,000 a year.

Job Outlook
About 300 foreign policy officers are employed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT).
