Stuntpeople use special stunt equipment to perform dangerous activities for film, television and commercials. They may also act as a body double for other actors.

Entry Requirements
To become a stuntperson you need to have the skills, knowledge and ability to perform stunts as stunt co-ordinators and/or acting agencies usually select stuntpeople based on their ability.
Pay
Salaries vary depending on the amount and type of work the stuntperson does.
Job Outlook
Job opportunities for stuntpeople are limited but growing, due to an increase in the number of films and television programmes being made in New Zealand.
