  • communication skills
  • writing skills, for writing reports and for publications
  • maths and computer skills.

Physical Requirements

Geophysicists need to be fit and strong as they are often conduct experiments outside, in what can be extreme environments. They have to be able to walk to remote locations and carry heavy equipment.
