- relationship and project management skills
- written and oral communication skills

Personal Qualities
Website developers need to be:
- motivated
- accurate
- imaginative and creative
- able to accept criticism
- able to work well under pressure and unsupervised.
Website developers must also enjoy working with computer technology.
Physical Requirements
Website developers spend a lot of time using computers, so it is important that they know how to use computer equipment properly to avoid Occupational Overuse Syndrome (OOS).
