Training and development managers usually work regular office hours. However, they may also work longer hours including evenings and weekends.
Contact with people
Training and development managers work independently or as part of a team. They interact with a wide variety of people including other managers in the organisation, staff, training consultants, training providers and other professionals. They may also supervise a team of training and development staff.
