Working Conditions

Recruitment consultants work in offices and travel locally to clients' workplaces. Some consultants may also travel nationally and internationally.

Recruitment consultants use computers and specialised computer programs to test candidates' skills.

 

Hours

Recruitment consultants usually work regular office hours, but they may also work evenings and weekends.

 

Contact with people

Recruitment consultants work independently and as part of a team. They have contact with a wide range of people including clients, candidates, verbal referees and other recruitment consultants.
