The New Zealand Institute of Safety Management (NZISM) represents the interests of individual members who work in private, corporate or public sector organisations throughout New Zealand. NZISM helps members develop their skills and knowledge as health & safety professionals in their organisations or businesses. 

The NZ Safety Council promotes best practice in health & safety management and environmental protection in all aspects of New Zealand life. They aim to raise standards and provide free health & safety advice and information.
