InfraTrain New Zealand is an industry training organisation for the infrastructure industry. Infrastructure includes such things as roads, pavements, highways, bridges and water and drainage systems. InfraTrain's responsibilities include setting qualifications; providing information, advice and support to trainees and employers, and promoting the industry as a career option. 

Land Based Training Ltd is an accredited private enterprise that provides training for industries that involve work on, or modification of, the land. These include: agriculture, horticulture, forestry, construction and civil engineering.  

The NZ Transport Agency (NZTA) is a Crown entity established on 1 August 2008, bringing together the functions of Land Transport New Zealand and Transit New Zealand to provide an integrated approach to transport planning, funding and delivery. 

NZIHT is the biggest provider of civil engineering, technical and skills training in New Zealand. It works closely with a number of industry training organisations and offers an education and training consultancy service.
