Apprenticeships are available in saw doctoring

Most training in this industry is done on the job. Apprenticeships are available in areas such as:
  • solid wood processing 
  • timber machining 
  • saw doctoring 
  • wood product manufacturing 
  • wood panels manufacturing 
  • pulp and paper manufacturing
For production planning and management, and general supervisory and management roles, a tertiary qualification and experience may be required.
