What can I expect out of this qualification?

The purpose of the Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership and Management is to provide educational leaders and aspiring educational leaders from a range of educational settings with a qualification that enables them to be innovative, proactive and critically responsive leaders. The qualification aims to build the advanced knowledge, high order skills and attributes of educational leaders, including their ability to be culturally responsive leaders in order effectively serve Maori and Pasifika learners in Aotearoa New Zealand.
