What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of this qualification is to provide the hairdressing industry with individuals who have obtained sufficient knowledge, practical skills and attitudes to perform salon and client services that contribute to the effective operation of the salon.
This qualification is suitable for learners with prior knowledge of salon support and client support services in a hairdressing salon, who wish to develop skills and knowledge towards becoming a hairstylist.
Graduates will be capable of operating at an intermediate level under broad guidance.
