What can I expect out of this qualification?
The Graduate Diploma in Communication Management as with all the Graduate Diplomas in the Bachelor of Applied Management, aims to cater for both full and part time students primarily but not exclusively from the Auckland South region including
Degree holders who wish to gain a qualification in Communication Management at level 7
Mature students seeking to add to their work and life experiences through formal undergraduate study in business specifically in communication management
International students who hold a degree level qualification at level 7
The qualification allows the community, employers and educational organisations in Aotearoa New Zealand to recognise the skills and knowledge in communication management of the graduate
Key Information for Students
Entry Requirements
Minimum requirements
Successfully completed a bachelor s degree in any field excluding the specific graduate diploma field. OR 7.2.2. Successfully completed a Level 6 or 7 Diploma and relevant work and/or life experience (equivalent to a Bachelor s degree). OR 7.2.3. Evidence of equivalent practical, professional or educational experience e.g. three years full time work experience [relevant to business studies]. AND 7.2.4. Have English language competence to undertake this programme which is taught and assessed in English. Any applicants whose first language is not English may be required to provide evidence of an overall IELTS (Academic) band score of 6.0 (with no score below 6.0 in speaking, reading, writing and listening) or equivalent.
