This qualification may only be awarded to candidates that have previously been awarded the New Zealand Certificate in Dyeing and Finishing (Level 4) [Ref: 2977] or can provide evidence of and/or demonstrate equivalent skills and knowledge.

What can I expect out of this qualification?
This qualification is intended for people working in the dyeing and finishing area of industrial textile manufacturing who wish to lead dyeing and finishing operations.
The purpose of this qualification is to provide the textile manufacturing sector with people who have advanced skills in yarn colour matching and dye recipe formulation for manufactured textiles.
Graduates will provide technical leadership and operate at a senior level without supervision.
