What can I expect out of this qualification?
This qualification is intended to enable those entering the building and/or building regulatory environments to gain an awareness of the context and structure of building in New Zealand and to develop the knowledge and skills to operate within a building control environment.
Graduates will be able to apply theoretical and technical knowledge and skills to support the operation of, and interact with, Building Authorities and Building Surveyor disciplines.
