What can I expect out of this qualification?

The purpose of this qualification is to provide the apparel and fashion manufacturing sector with people who have the skills and knowledge required to work as fabric cutters.

This qualification is intended for people new to the industry, or to further develop the specific technical skills and knowledge of people already employed as fabric cutters.

Graduates will be capable of accurately and efficiently cutting fabric and preparing cut work for production in accordance with organisational procedures.
