This qualification is for those intending to have a career as a professional kitchen or bathroom designer, and for those already working in the kitchen or bathroom design industry to further their knowledge and skills.
The qualification is designed to provide the kitchen and bathroom design industry with qualified people who have the knowledge and skills required to design functional and aesthetic kitchens or bathrooms from conception to installation for new and existing residential dwellings.
The strands recognise the specific knowledge and skills associated with Kitchen Design, or Bathroom Design.
Graduates will be capable of working autonomously and managing their own learning in dynamic and varied contexts.
