The purpose of this qualification is to provide the community with people who have the skills and knowledge to care for and maintain buildings and their grounds and interact with stakeholders in a range of settings.
This qualification is targeted at individuals already working in, or those who intend to develop a career in caretaking. Graduates will be capable of operating under limited supervision.
