What can I expect out of this qualification?

The purpose of this qualification is to provide organisations with people who have theoretical knowledge and applied skills in communication management and technical communication, and can use their knowledge to communicate effectively and improve communication practices within organisations in a wide variety of contexts.

All businesses and communities benefit from people with intermediate communication skills to improve organisational efficiency and performance.
