What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of this qualification is to provide organisations with people who have advanced theoretical knowledge and applied skills in communication management and technical communication, and can use their knowledge to communicate effectively, improve communication practices and lead teams within organisations in a wide variety of contexts.
