What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of this qualification is to provide the New Zealand public sector with people who have diverse public sector technical and/or operational skills and who are, or can be, employed in middle management public sector roles.
Graduates of this qualification will benefit the public by having middle management public sector leaders with broad operational and technical experience and knowledge.
Graduates of this qualification will be capable of working with people at all levels within the public sector, which may include supervising other public sector staff and/or working independently.
