Graduate Diploma in Health Science and Technology (Renal Physiologist)

Applicants must meet the following entry requirements: Hold a relevant Bachelor's degree OR Have a relevant professional qualification or experience approved by the Director of Practice or their representative, to demonstrate ability to study at level 7 AND Have completed a minimum of 30 credits study at level 5 in Human Bioscience and Anatomy and Physiology or equivalent. AND * Provide a completed medical declaration and/or evidence of a current health certificate from a registered health practitioner, indicating ability to practice safely and to be physically capable of meeting the practical aspects of the programme. * Each applicant will be required to declare all criminal convictions and pending convictions, and submit a New Zealand Police Consent to Disclosure of Information form with their application. This will be sent to the Police Licensing and Vetting Service if the applicant is accepted into the programme and is returned in confidence to the Director of Nursing.
