What can I expect out of this qualification?

Viticulture:
-To provide students with husbandry, technical, scientific & managerial skills in grapegrowing and winemaking. Targets Vineyard manager/foreperson, contractor, owner/operator of vineyard, research technician

Wine Science:
-Students will acquire husbandry, technical, scientific and managerial skills in grapegrowing and winemaking that establishes a foundation for ongoing learning and provides the opportunity for employment in the winemaking industry at a technical, supervisory or management level.
