What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of this qualification is to provide the flooring industry with people who have knowledge of current technologies and the practical experience required to carry out flooring planning and design work.
The optional strands in Site Assessment and Flooring Estimation recognise specialised skills required in some flooring planning and design settings.
This qualification is for people currently working in flooring wholesale, retail or supply related trades or people from flooring installation or other construction related trade backgrounds intending to work in the flooring planning and design industry.
Graduates will be able to operate unsupervised and perform to the required safety, technical, quality and productivity standards expected of commercially competent flooring planners and designers.
