A Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Administration and Leadership, with a minimum B average for the 120-credit coursework pathway, or a B+ average for the 120-credit research pathway, or equivalent; or a Bachelor of Education, with a minimum B+ average for the 240-credit masters, or equivalent; or a New Zealanders Bachelors degree, with a minimum of B+ average and a profession Teaching qualification; and have sufficient background of professional experience.
