Graduates will demonstrate mastery of specialised skills and knowledge in educational organisation, administration and leadership, and critical analysis of policy and associated issues, which enable them to exercise ethical professional leadership in diverse contexts.
Key Information for Students
A Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Administration and Leadership, with a minimum B average for the 120-credit coursework pathway, or a B+ average for the 120-credit research pathway, or equivalent; or a Bachelor of Education, with a minimum B+ average for the 240-credit masters, or equivalent; or a New Zealanders Bachelors degree, with a minimum of B+ average and a profession Teaching qualification; and have sufficient background of professional experience.
