What does the scholarship get me?
Up to $3,000.

Purpose of award
To pay course fees at a recognised post-secondary educational institution.
Applicants must be deaf or hearing impaired.
Selection is made on the basis of:
* severity of deafness
* committment to learning
* financial need
* other personal/social/scholastic criteria.
Available to New Zealand students only.
What conditions are attached to acceptance of this award?
Successful applicants must be accepted on their chosen course of study.
