Entry Requirements
To become a mining engineer you need a Bachelor of Engineering (majoring in resource or mechanical engineering).

Pay
Pay varies, but graduate mining engineers usually earn between $60,000 and $70,000 a year, while experienced mining engineers may earn up to $120,000.
