What can I expect out of this qualification?
This qualification is for people intending to develop business administration and technology skills to work in a range of general office administration roles.
This qualification will provide Aotearoa New Zealand with people who can operate business technologies and engage in bi-cultural and multi-cultural environments.
Graduates of this qualification will be able perform a range of administrative tasks under supervision.

Entry Requirements
Minimum requirements
Applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time the programme commences; be able to read, write and communicate in English as a basic level; be physically able to complete the programme specific outcomes. Applicants for whom English is not a first language must have IELTS score of 5 with no band score lower than 5 or an accepted international equivalence.
