What can I expect out of this qualification?

This qualification is intended for people working towards or wanting to become a leader in a team within an entity. The qualification will provide Aotearoa New Zealand with people who have the skills and knowledge to contribute to effective team performance and to be effective in a leadership role within a team.

Graduates of this qualification will benefit Aotearoa New Zealand by contributing effectively to team objectives and by developing their team leadership skills.
