What can I expect out of this qualification?
This qualification is intended for people intending to develop their business administration and technology skills to enter a range of different administrative and business support roles.
This qualification will provide Aotearoa New Zealand with skilled administrators who can contribute to functional operations.
Graduates of this qualification will be able to carry out a wide range of administrative duties and tasks under broad guidance and engage in bicultural and multi-cultural environments.

Entry Requirements
Minimum requirements
40 credits at NCEA Level 1, including 10 Literacy credits and 10 Numeracy credits; or a recognised equivalent; or a recognised relevant pathway qualification. International applicants are required to have an IELTS score of 5.5 (general or academic) with no individual band lower than 5 from one test taken in the preceding two years, or an equivalent described in NZQA Rules.
