What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of this qualification is to provide the architectural aluminium joinery industry with graduates who are able to operate unsupervised as joiners producing a range of non- standard aluminium joinery products.
This qualification is suitable for people who are working as joiners, and also provide recognition of knowledge and skills for those who wish to enhance their capabilities in the architectural aluminium joinery industry.
Graduates will be able to demonstrate commercial competence producing non-standard architectural aluminium joinery products.
The optional strand allows graduates to specialise in operating computer numerical controlled machinery in the architectural aluminium joinery industry.
