This qualification is targeted at those intending to work, or currently working, in the interior linings installation industry.

The purpose of this qualification is to provide the interior linings installation industry with competent tradespeople capable of providing leadership while working unsupervised, to complete interior linings work to the level required of a commercially competent interior linings installer.

The strands recognise the knowledge and skills required for fixing or finishing interior linings.

The optional strand recognises the knowledge and skills required for installing fibrous plaster linings and decorative elements.
