What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of this qualification is to provide the commercial road transport industry with people who have the competencies to manage the dispatching and logistics operations for organisations involved in transporting freight by road.
This qualification is targeted at people who have some industry or other relevant experience and are ready to advance into a more senior position within the road transport industry. Learners will benefit by having a qualification that enables improved job performance and enhanced employment opportunities in the field of commercial road transport.
This qualification does not permit the holder to drive a motor vehicle on New Zealand roads without a current relevant driver licence issued by the New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA).
