What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of this qualification is to provide the marine industry with people who are able to install electrical and electronics systems or engineering systems.
This is an entry level qualification for people intending to enter or who are already working in a marine systems environment.
Graduates will have the specialised knowledge and skills of the componentry aspects of a service engineer or technician role dependent upon which strand is achieved.
