Entry requirements

Undergraduate degree in any discipline, Level 6 Diploma in a relevant field or be able to demonstrate equivalent practical, professional or educational experience. Ability to meet academic requirements and English language competency.
For international applicants who come from non-English speaking backgrounds, an IELTS Academic score of 6.0 with no band score lower than 5.5, or an equivalent relevant English Proficiency Outcome as outlined in NZQF-related rules (Rule 18).
For domestic applicants for whom English is not their first language, evidence of language competency may be required. If concern is raised related to communication competency in the English language, any student (domestic or international) may be requested to undertake an English language test prior to or during the programme. If the student is found to have an IELTS score of less than 5.5 in all bands, they maybe temporarily withdrawn from the programme until they can demonstrate the required English language competency.
