What can I expect out of this qualification?
This qualification provides graduates with specialist knowledge in organisational psychology to apply practical solutions and procedures when working for and with organisations.
This qualification also provides graduates with broader skills for evaluating the methods used to gather and analyse information and draw conclusions from information in social and organisational settings.
Industry will benefit where specialists are required to assess individuals' performance within the workplace, and to manage workplace employment issues, such as candidate selection, employee performance and workplace conflict.
