What can I expect out of this qualification?

The purpose of this qualification is to provide the New Zealand real estate industry with people who hold broad operational and technical knowledge to lead and supervise staff professionally and ethically; and manage a branch of a real estate agency to ensure compliance within the current regulatory environment.

This qualification is designed for people seeking to become branch managers in the real estate industry.

Graduates will have met educational requirements to be a licensed branch manager and, once licensed, will be able to manage a branch of a real estate agency and supervise licensees under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008.
