The New Zealand Certificate in Reticulated Gas Pipelines (Level 3) [Ref: 3591] or equivalent skills and knowledge is a prerequisite to enrolment in programmes leading to this qualification.

What can I expect out of this qualification?
This qualification provides the reticulated gas pipeline industry with technicians who have the skills and knowledge to supervise a worksite and construct, test, commission, maintain, repair and decommission gas infrastructure.
The qualification is stranded to recognise the skills required to specialise in, Metering and Pressure Control and Polyethylene Pipeline Construction.
Graduates will be able to operate independently and may take some responsibility for the work of others.
