What can I expect out of this qualification?

The purpose of this qualification is to provide the brewing industry, including craft brewers and cider producers, with people who have the technical skills and knowledge to work as a brewer in a commercial or non-commercial environment.
This qualification is designed for people with some knowledge/ experience of the brewing industry.
Graduates will be able to carry out brewing quality assurance and production processes under broad supervision.
