What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of this qualification is to provide the brewing industry, including craft brewers and cider producers, with people who have the advanced skills and knowledge to work independently in the brewing industry in a commercial or non-commercial environment.
This qualification is for people with some experience of brewing who wish to advance their brewing skills to enable them to work independently.
Graduates will be able to manage brewing processes, ensure brewery production and quality requirements are met, and provide technical support to a brewing operation.
