The purpose of this qualification is to provide the brewing industry, including craft brewers and cider producers, with people with specialised knowledge and skills to develop and independently brew to a professional level in a commercial or non-commercial environment.
This qualification is for brewers intending to develop specialised skills and knowledge to demonstrate leadership and contribute to innovation within the brewing industry.
Graduates will be able to operate with broad responsibility across a range of contexts.
