The purpose of the Graduate Diploma in Hospitality Innovation qualification is to provide the hospitality sector, and tourism and service industries, with graduates with entrepreneurial skills and knowledge who will be able to identify, research and develop opportunities and innovations that will enhance business objectives, growth, market positioning and performance. This includes hospitality-focused innovations for destination development, establishing a new enterprise, exploring niche markets, and developing new products and services.
