Entry requirements
To be admitted to the DSW, all applicants must:
Be able to demonstrate Level 6 academic or equivalent professional achievement.
Professional equivalence: Applicants must supply robust evidence to show equivalence to academic qualifications. The evidence will be assessed by the relevant General Manager and National Academic Director or delegated authority. Evidence of informal and formal learning can include but is not limited to;
i.Professional and/or community positions held
ii.Professional and/or community awards
iii. Professional and/or community references
iv.Professional and/or community outputs
v. Invitations to represent to professions and communities at conferences.
English Language Admission Requirements
Applicants whose first language is not English must provide evidence of English language competence. This evidence may be in the form of:
- A formal test of English Language
- IELTS academic band score of 6.5 (overall), with no individual band less than 6.0.
- TOEFL - Internet-based (Score of 95 with a minimum writing score of 22) or Paper-based (score of 587 (TWE 4.5))
- Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) Minimum of 176 or Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) Minimum of 176
- Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic Overall score of 64 with no communicative skills score below 57
- Evidence of an academic qualification at level 7 or above, completed in a country where English is the main language
- Professional outputs or achievements in English language
- Evidence of competence equivalent to any of the above.

What can I expect out of this qualification?
The Digital Skills for the Workplace (DSW) micro-credential focuses on the digital skills required in all workplaces. It supports workers across a spectrum of industries, communities and professions to develop the knowledge, awareness, mindset and capability to confidently use digital workplace tools effectively to solve problems, be productive, support well-being and thrive at work by processing and applying information and data, creating content, connecting and collaborating with others and reflecting on and adapting one's digital practices. In addition to specialist technical skills, students will be introduced to the practices and capabilities required to succeed in contemporary work environments.
