What can I expect out of this qualification?

The purpose of this qualification is to provide the building and construction industry with concrete tradespeople who have the technical knowledge and skills required to plan and carry out specialist concrete operations.

The Concrete Sawing and Drilling, and Prestressed Concrete strands recognise the specialist technical knowledge and skills for the strand.

Graduates will be able to operate unsupervised to perform to the required safety, technical, quality and productivity standards expected of a commercially competent concrete specialist tradesperson.
