Entry requirements

To be admitted to the PGC-LCG, all applicants must:
- have a recognised bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification or higher
- have at least four years' professional experience in a relevant industry or community demonstrating equivalence or higher to the qualification stated above.
Note: To ensure that the PGC-LCG is relevant to the applicant, a brief Statement of Intent is required. The Statement of Intent
is used to ensure potential students understand the programme, and to allow The Mind Lab to help ensure the programme is a good fit for the student. In addition and at the discretion of the admission/selection panel, interviews may be required.

What can I expect out of this qualification?

The 60 credit level 8 Postgraduate Certificate in Leading Change for Good (PGC-LCG) programme aims to provide people with the knowledge and skills to effectively lead sustainable change and progress resulting in authentic value for their communities, organisations, and businesses. Specifically, the qualification is designed to enable those in relevant industries (social enterprises, charities, not-for-profit and organisations focused on purpose over profit) and/or communities to develop the capability to instigate and lead collaborations and partnerships, and apply environmentally, socially, and financially sustainable practices for positive impact in times of change.
