What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of this qualification is to provide the dairy processing sectors with competent individuals who have the technical skills and knowledge to become the first point of contact in the dairy processing operation with the responsibility of coordinating activities to resolve operating faults.
The qualification is suitable for individuals working as technicians or lead operators in a dairy processing plant who want to develop their skills and knowledge for technical career progression opportunities within the dairy processing industry.
Graduates will be capable of working autonomously within a dairy processing company and may be managing others.
