About the course

What can I expect out of this qualification?

The purpose of this qualification is to provide competent individuals for the dairy processing sector who are able to work in operational and technical leadership job roles. This may include managing the production of products such as cheese, ice cream, milk powder, milk protein, drinking milk, or involved in assessing available technology that relates to dairy processing performance.

The qualification is stranded into operational leadership and dairy technology contexts. It recognises the skills and knowledge of individuals who can manage dairy processing operations and lead process improvements.
