Entry requirements

Learners will be eligible to enter this micro-credential if they: - Are at least 16 years old, and - Have relevant work experience in IT/ICT network or systems engineering, administration or related field as evidence that they can succeed in the micro-credential - International applicants must be 18 years or older and have proof that they have gained within the last 2 years, English language skills equivalent to IELTS level 5.5 with no band score lower than 5.

The aim of this course is to provide technical and theoretical knowledge of cyber security risks, threats and attacks, and to provide skills in testing, planning and responding to security issues.
