What can I expect out of this qualification?
The overall aim of this micro-credential is to provide individuals with the skills and knowledge to operate a light utility vehicle with trailed equipment, mounted equipment or load, on flat and rolling terrain.
This aim is achieved by supporting ākonga with both on-job and off-job learning, allowing learning to be applied in a practical way, across a range of situations, within the ākonga's role in the workplace

Entry Requirements
Minimum requirements
This micro-credential is suitable for people who are new entrants, career changers, or work visa holders entering the primary industry sector, and existing workers who would benefit from upskilling. Learners must be eligible to undertake training through Te Pükenga T/A Primary ITO and must be employed in have access to a commercial primary industry or agriculture business involved with where light utility vehicles are used in day to day operations, in a role that will allow the micro-credential outcomes to be met. Entry is subject to the discretion of a Te Pükenga Ltd. T/A Primary ITO representative, who coordinates enrolments, and is based on discussion with the learner and their employer. This discussion considers the learner's intended skills pathway and the likelihood of success, including access to support and relevant resources. Entry includes the completion of a training agreement signed by the learner, employer, and a Te Pükenga Ltd. T/A Primary ITO representative.
