The Certificate in Alcohol and Food Safety Compliance (micro-credential) introduces the set-up and compliance issues for businesses that serve food and alcohol. Learners also develop a general understanding of the responsible service of alcohol and compliance of food safety regulations and the Food Control Plan. This micro-credential provides compliance management skills for people working in cafés, restaurants, bars, hotels, clubs and fast service restaurants.
